These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Belena Maldives website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Prices and Taxes

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for extra services, government-imposed fees, or local tourism taxes. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment and Terms

Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. We kindly accept only clean, new USD notes (2009 series or newer), as older or damaged bills are not accepted locally. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. All outstanding balances must be settled at check-out.

International credit or debit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be added to the total booking amount at the time of payment. This fee is applied by the hotel and is non-refundable.

Example:
If your total booking price is USD 1000, the 5% processing fee would be USD 50, making the final amount USD 1050.

  • Check-in: from 1:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM

3. Traveling with Minors

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age and identification may be required at check-in. Special rates or policies may apply for children staying with parents.

4. Accessibility or Special Needs

Guests with accessibility needs are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking.
While we strive to accommodate all guests, certain limitations may exist due to the island’s natural environment.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount. No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will also be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our payment provider’s timelines and may exclude bank or transaction fees.

6. Hotel Events

Belena Maldives reserves the right to host private or public events on the property. Guests will be notified of any major events that may affect their stay. Noise restrictions may apply during certain hours.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or disputes should be reported to management during your stay for prompt resolution. Unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the Maldives.

8. Use of Personal Information

By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for reservation, communication, and service-related purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Liability

Belena Maldives is not liable for personal injuries, theft, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings unless caused by proven negligence. Guests are encouraged to use safes and secure valuables.
