Snorkel the reef at first light, cycle out to the farms for melon still warm from the field, or do none of it. There are no schedules here, only the hours you decide to fill.

Mornings that keeptheir own hours
Breakfast is served as the island wakes: fruit cut that morning, eggs however you like them, coffee you are welcome to linger over. Take it on the terrace, by the pool, or back to bed.

Frequently asked
A few things our guests like to know before they arrive. Anything else, we're a message away.
Yes, a fresh island breakfast is served each morning and is included with every room and suite booking.
Thoddoo sits in Alif Alif Atoll, about a 1 hour 20 minute speedboat ride from Velana International Airport in Malé. We're happy to arrange your transfer so you're met on arrival; a public ferry also runs on selected days for those travelling on a budget.
Check-in is from 1 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If your flight or speedboat arrives earlier, let us know, and we'll do our best to have a room ready or hold your bags so you can start your day.
We do. Our pool is chlorinated and automatically dosed to international standards, and it's open to all guests throughout the day, with shaded seating alongside it. Indoors you'll also find an 8-ball pool table and board games for slower afternoons.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi reaches every room, suite, and shared space across the guesthouse, and each room is air-conditioned for warm island nights.
Thoddoo's bikini beach is a gentle 10 to 15 minute stroll, or a few minutes by bicycle, and bicycles are complimentary for every guest, so the island's farms, village, and lagoon are all easy to reach. If you'd rather not cycle, a buggy ride is $5 per trip.
Absolutely. Our team can arrange snorkelling trips, sandbank and turtle excursions, sunset and dolphin cruises, fishing, and guided walks through Thoddoo's village and watermelon farms.
Beyond the pool and free bicycles, there's 8-ball pool, board games, and quiet morning yoga and meditation, or simply an unhurried island stroll whenever the mood takes you.
